Our work together always begins with your goals. Most coaching engagements fall into one of two categories, which shape how we focus our work.

The Real Impact Intensive

Sometimes leaders seek coaching because they are navigating an urgent or high-stakes issue. A difficult decision, a leadership challenge, or an important transition.

This work is focused and practical. Together we work through the issue so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Engagements typically last 2–6 months, depending on the scope of the goal.

Resolving the immediate challenge often creates the space for deeper leadership growth.

The Real Impact Leadership Program

Other leaders come to coaching because they want to strengthen how they lead over time, including improving how they think, decide, communicate, and show up in their role.

This work builds long-term leadership capacity. It leads to stronger leadership effectiveness while also reducing stress and increasing purpose and satisfaction at work.

This engagement uses my four-step LEAD process, tailored to you and your leadership context. Together we focus on the internal shifts and external actions that expand your leadership capacity as demands grow.

Rather than replacing the skills you already have, this work builds on them.

How It Works

Most leaders find that meaningful change takes time. This six-month engagement creates the space for real insight, experimentation, and growth.

This program includes one-hour coaching sessions every other week.

Our work focuses on uncovering and shifting beliefs that may be holding you back, clarifying what motivates you and creates meaning, and developing deeper insight into how you operate and show up as a leader. From there, we identify clear, actionable goals designed to create real momentum and lasting change.

I’ll be your partner throughout the process. Between sessions, you’ll have access to me via email or text, along with occasional reflection exercises or targeted practices to support integration and accelerate progress.
