My Background

I spent more than 30 years in business leadership, including over a decade in the C-suite, working across Fortune 100 companies, startups and high-growth organizations, and nonprofits. Throughout my career as a CFO and senior executive, I was known for my strategic business approach and for building strong, highly motivated teams.

In 2023, I founded Real Impact Leadership to focus my work where I create the greatest impact and find the most meaning and joy. I provide experienced, practical financial and business leadership to growing companies, and help leaders improve their effectiveness and confidence while creating more satisfaction and enjoyment in their work and in their lives.
