How It Works
This is a six-month program with one-hour coaching sessions every other week. Our work focuses on uncovering and shifting beliefs that may be holding you back, clarifying what motivates you and creates meaning, and gaining deeper insight into how you operate and show up at work through assessments and feedback from others. From there, we set clear goals designed to create real momentum and lasting change.
I will be your partner throughout the engagement. You’ll have access to me between sessions, along with light homework and targeted topics and strategies to support reflection and accelerate our work together.
