You can do more.
But is it what you actually want?
Executive coaching for founders and senior leaders navigating growth, pressure, and increasing responsibility
You’ve built your career on hard work, high standards, and results.
You love what you do. And you’re good at it.
But it’s relentless.
The pace. The pressure. The constant decisions.
At some point, the question shifts:
Is this how I want to keep doing it—or is there another way?
Hi, I’m Gwen.
Welcome to Real Impact Leadership.
I created Real Impact Leadership after more than 30 years in business, including over a decade as a CFO, to support founders and senior leaders navigating the real challenges that come with growing a company.
I’ve been where you are. I know what it’s like to carry the responsibility of leading inside a scaling organization—when the decisions are yours, the pace is relentless, and there isn’t always a clear place to think things through.
With more than 30 years in business leadership, including over a decade in the C-suite, I bring both experience and perspective to this work.
While this work builds long-term leadership capacity, it stays grounded in the real decisions, challenges, and demands you face every day.
This is a space to think clearly, be challenged, and work through what matters most—so you can lead effectively and perform at a higher level.
"By far, the best investment you can make is in yourself."
— Warren Buffett

Executive coaching is a strategic partnership designed to help leaders improve performance, strengthen leadership capabilities, and navigate the increasing demands that come with growth.
It provides a confidential space to think through decisions, work through challenging situations, and gain perspective. A skilled coach serves as a sounding board, offering thoughtful questions, objective insight, and honest feedback.
This helps leaders see what may be difficult to see on their own, challenge assumptions, and lead more intentionally as expectations rise.
At its best, executive coaching strengthens performance and leadership capacity, enabling leaders to grow alongside their company and sustain success over time.
-
Executive coaching helps you become more effective in how you think, decide, communicate, and lead day to day, especially as your role grows and expectations increase.
Leaders often find they make decisions more efficiently, communicate more clearly, and focus on what matters most. They become less reactive, more strategic, and better able to lead through ambiguity and change.
Many also improve how they manage growing teams, navigate difficult conversations, and align stakeholders. Over time, this leads to stronger execution, better team performance, and more sustainable leadership.
Research from the International Coaching Federation shows that:
70% of individuals report improved work performance
73% report improved relationships
67% report improved teamwork
80% report increased confidence
Nearly 90% of organizations report a positive return on investment
-
Organizations invest in executive coaching because leadership effectiveness directly impacts business results. As leaders grow in capability, engagement strengthens, execution improves, and performance compounds across the organization.
Coaching is often used to support leaders stepping into bigger roles, navigating rapid growth, managing increased complexity, or preparing for the next stage of leadership. It can also help accelerate effectiveness and retain high-potential leaders.
Research from the International Coaching Federation indicates that nearly 90% of organizations report a positive return on investment, with companies commonly citing returns of approximately six to seven times their investment. Many also report improvements in productivity, employee engagement, and overall leadership effectiveness.
The Power of Executive Coaching
Three Steps to Working Together
-

Step 1: Connect
We begin with a focused, confidential conversation. This is space to explore what’s on your mind, what feels challenging, and what you want to create. We clarify your goals, assess fit, and ensure the timing is right before we commit to working together. -

Step 2: Clarify and Set Direction
We build a clear picture of you as a leader and as a person. Through reflection, focused discussion, and targeted tools and assessments, we identify what matters most to you and examine how you show up. Based on this foundation, we define a clear direction forward
-

Step 3: Act and Integrate
Insight becomes action. You experiment with new behaviors in real leadership situations with support, reflection, and refinement. Over time, your leadership becomes more aligned, more confident, and more effective. The changes feel sustainable because they are rooted in who you truly are.
