I’ve been where you are.
I know what it’s like to carry the responsibility of leadership. When the decisions are yours, the stakes are high, and there isn’t always a clear place to think things through.
I’ve spent more than three decades in business leadership, including over a decade in the C-suite. Along the way, I’ve experienced meaningful success. But I’ve also lived through unexpected, disorienting setbacks and failures. Both have shaped me into the person I am today.
Looking back, I know how different my journey could have been had I had a trusted partner by my side. Someone to help me see what I couldn’t see, challenge my thinking, and support me through critical moments. I would have learned faster and avoided unnecessary struggle.
That insight is what drives my work today.
